PUDDLE IN SPRING MARKET TABLOID!

We are honored to see our rug PUDDLE featured as one of the design icons of the Spring Market Tabloid of Interior Design Magazine! Puddle was designed by Marivi Varadé for Graviti Zone Rugs and it has become one of our customers' favourites!

PLAZA

Por último os presentamos PLAZA, diseñada por Marivi Varadé para Graviti Zone Rugs. Lo habéis adivinado, está inspirada en una plaza; en cualquiera, la que más te guste. Ese rincón preferido de la ciudad donde te sientas a observar a la gente. Marivi lo ha plasmado en una alfombra desenfada, juvenil y colorista, con esa forma tan divertida que tiene de interpretar su alrededor y que a nosotros tanto nos gusta. ¿Y a ti?

Finally we present PLAZA, designed by Marivi Varadé for Graviti Zone Rugs. Yes, you got it! It is inspired on a square; any square, the one you like most. That place in the city where you just sit and watch people. Marivi has converted that special corner of town into a chic colorful rug, using that particular way she has of interpreting what surrounds her and which we like so much. What about you?

STARRY NIGHT

Las figuras geométricas de los mosaicos de Marrakech, las puertas medievales doradas que salpican la medina, el azul de los bereberes y las noches estrelladas de su plaza Djemma El-Fná, con la mezcla de culturas, olores y música inspiraron Starry Night. Una alfombra que invita a tumbarse y soñar mirando el firmamento, a dejar volar la imaginación y viajar a países exóticos y lejanos. ¡Déjate llevar por un mundo de sensaciones!

The geometrical figures of Marrakech mosaics, the medieval doors spread along the medina, the blue clothes of the berbers and the starry nights at Djemma El-Fná with the mixture of cultures, smells and music were the inspiration for Starry Night. This rug tempts you to lie down and dream looking at the firmament; it invites your imagination to fly and travel to exotic countries, far away. Let yourself be carried away by sensations!

RAYAS

Rayas, rayas y más rayas. Por todas partes se ven diseños de rayas y líneas que se mezclan en los más variados colores y tamaños. Algo tan simple y sencillo pero que, sin embargo, no pasa de moda, siempre elegantes y divertidas.

Llevábamos mucho tiempo queriendo lanzar nuestra propia colección con simplemente eso RAYAS y ¡aquí tenéis la primera muestra!

Stripes, stripes and more stripes. We can find designs of stripes and lines with different colors and sizes everywhere. So simple but still elegant, fun and always trendy!

Since the beginning, we wanted to have our own RAYAS (stripes) collection and here you have the first sample!

Pues bien, no nos hemos ido de vacaciones, ni mucho menos, sino que llevamos meses preparando la nueva colección de Graviti Zone Rugs y que presentaremos en el ICFF de Nueva York en mayo. Esta vez cambiamos a colores más veraniegos para dar la bienvenida al sol.

You may be wondering why we have been quiet for so long. Well, we have been very busy working on our latest collection, which we will present at the ICFF in New York next May. For this collection we have chosen more summerish colors to welcome the Sun!

PEAKS

Os presentamos nuestra nueva alfombra PEAKS. Se inspira en las montañas de Patagonia, con sus cimas intentando llegar al cielo y en las olas que el viento levanta en los lagos de color indigo al pie de los picos nevados.

Una alfombra elegante con un toque atrevido que pondrá una nota de color en cualquier estancia.

We present our newest rug PEAKS. It is inspired on the Patagonian mountains with their peaks reaching the sky. It also reminds of the waves made by the wind on the indigo lakes at the foot of the snowed mountains.

An elegant rug with a daring touch which will give color to your room.

CHLOE & GRASS

Cuando Chloe descubrió su nueva alfombra Grass no paró de correr descalza encima de ella durante toda la tarde ¡no me digáis que no es la viva imagen de la felicidad!

When Chloe saw her new Grass rug, she couldn't stop running barefoot on it the whole afternoon. She looks happy, doesn't she?

Después se tumbó a ver su serie de dibujos animados favorita y desde entonces Grass es el rincón preferido de Chloe para jugar.

Afterwards she decided to lie down and watch her favorite cartoons. Since then Chloe loves to play on her new rug.

GRAVITI ZONE RUGS EN SPANISH

La revista SPANISH, especializada en diseñadores y empresas de mobiliario y textil españoles, nos ha dedicado una noticia en su número de invierno.

SPANISH magazine, specialized in designers, textile and furniture companies from Spain, has featured our company in the Winter issue.

"Contemporary design newcomer Graviti Zone Rugs is fast establishing itself as a serious player. Set up last year by designer Mónica Ibáñez, its Puddle rug, is a contender for the 2009 Best of Year Awards run by Interior Design magazine in New York. The hand-tufted rug, designed by Marivi Varadé, was inspired by raindrops falling on an autumn afternoon.

All Graviti Zone rugs are hand-tufted and can be made to clients' specifications. Mónica says she wants people to feel their rug is a member of the family, a warm, comforting friend that will brighten their interior and cheer them up when they are down in the dumps. The first collection also features Africana and Grass."
